I guess the guy trying to sell the house does not own the house. How it got through so far without us knowing about this is weird. I guess the title has shifted hands a few times and it looks a like a fraud so the bank wont touch it with a ten foot pole.
So I lost $8,000 yesterday and am back on the hunt.
Good news is we might get $1000 in earnest money cause they have to back out of the contract!
